Call for Vendors: September Community Closet Sale at The Nest

We’re looking for stylish, fashion-loving individuals & vendors to sell their clothing & accessories at our upcoming Community Closet Sale ♻️

Open to all sizes, styles and genders, this event encourages clothing recirculation, supports sustainable fashion, and creates an accessible space for the community to shop secondhand while connecting with local sellers. Join us by selling clothing & accessories from your personal closet or curated collection!

Market Date:

• Saturday, September 19th
• Rain Date - Sunday, September 20th 
• Set up: 9:30-11am
• Market: 11am-3pm, must vend the entire day 
• Break Down: by 4:30pm 

If you have amazing pieces sitting in your closet, this is your chance to:

• Make money
• Clear space
• Support sustainable fashion
• Be part of a size & gender-inclusive fashion community

We’re looking for:

• All sizes, styles & genders
• Vintage, contemporary, or designer
• Clean, gently used items
• Strong personal style or curated racks

Vendor Details:

• 💵 Vendor Fee: $50
• 🪑 Setup: It's like a regular market! You must provide your own rack, table, and payment accepting method/cash for change. Tents are optional but recommended, if you do bring a tent it must be sandbagged/weighed down.  
• 🛍 You keep 100% of your sales (except the $50 vendor fee)
• 📦 Max items: 50–150 pieces ideal

Expectations:

• Clothes should be clean and ready to wear
• Clothing must be tagged with prices
• Size range must be clearly labeled
  
• Vendors are responsible for their own transactions (Cash, Venmo, etc.)
• Arrive on time for setup + must stay the full duration
• We do not have parking, but there is free street parking all day in the neighborhood 

Bonus if you have:

• Vintage or standout pieces
• Strong branding or aesthetic
• Accessories/shoes
• Menswear or Streetwear

Deadline to Apply: August 23rd, 2026

If you are accepted you will hear from us by August 25th.
