SHAWN USA teal paisley print short sleeved adjustable blouse. We lowered the neckline and added drawstring ruching to snatch this blouse and transformed her from frump to fab! The last photo shows what it looked like before upcycling.

Measurements:

• Bust: 40" (doubled)
• Length: 15"
• This top is adjustable and can fit between sizes  M to XL depending on cinching of the drawstring.

Material: Polyester Chiffon
